Educação do campo: elementos que influenciam na aprendizagem nos anos iniciais

This work aimed to analyze the elements that influence learning in rural education in the early years. For the purpose to be achieved, the research was divided into two moments: initially, the so-called bibliographic research was carried out, which aims to put the researcher in front of what has already been produced about his theme. In the present research the theoretical basis was in Arroyo (1999), Daros (2013), Freire (1977), Minayo (2002), Molina (2011), Santos (2014), Souza (2020) and others. On the other hand, an empirical research was carried out with 3 (three) participants, two teachers and one manager, who work in a school in the field of the municipal education network in the district of Jacumã, municipality of Conde / PB. After collection, the data were interpreted and analyzed, with a qualitative approach. The results of this research allowed us to understand the importance of the family's role in the child's school life. I think a result - Teachers resent the family's participation in students' school life. Teachers create strategies for the family to approach the school. Another point found concerns the importance of training in rural education, which may allow teachers to broaden their professional vision, providing support for an education directed to the rural public. Thus, in the light of what was researched, the relationship between family and school is considered of fundamental importance, reaffirming the need to strengthen the link between them so that the child's school life runs satisfactorily. And the importance of specialization in rural education is emphasized for the professionals who work in these schools, so that a pedagogy is brought to the classroom that brings the reality of the subjects to be discussed and discussed. Finally, it is recommended to continue research that investigates the importance of family interaction in the school space and training in rural education for teachers who work there. Only then will it be possible to reduce the negative elements that culminate in children's learning difficulties, and this research will help future professionals who identify and intend to specialize in the field of education or related areas.Este trabalho teve por objetivo geral analisar os elementos que influencia a aprendizagem na educação do campo nos anos iniciais. Para o objetivo ser alcançado, a pesquisa foi dividida em dois momentos: inicialmente, foi realizada a chamada pesquisa bibliográfica, que tem por finalidade colocar o pesquisador diante do que já foi produzido a respeito do seu tema. Na presente pesquisa o embasamento teórico foi em Arroyo (1999), Daros (2013), Freire (1977), Minayo (2002), Molina (2011), Santos (2014), Souza (2020) e outros. Por outro lado, foi feita uma pesquisa empírica com 3 (três) participantes, sendo duas professoras e uma gestora, que trabalham em uma escola do campo da rede municipal de ensino no distrito de Jacumã, município do Conde/PB. Após a coleta, os dados foram interpretados e analisados, tendo sido realizadas a abordagem qualitativa. Os resultados dessa pesquisa nos permitiram entender a importância do papel da família na vida escolar da criança. Penso que um resultado – Os professores ressentem da participação da família na vida escolar dos alunos. Os professores, criam estratégias para que a família se aproxime da escola. Outro ponto encontrado diz respeito a importância da formação em educação do campo, que pode permiti os professores uma ampliação da visão profissional, dando suporte para uma educação direcionada para o público campesino. Assim, diante do que foi pesquisado, considera-se de fundamental importância a relação entre família e escola, reafirmando-se a necessidade do fortalecimento do elo entre elas para que a vida escolar da criança transcorra de forma satisfatória. E ressaltase a importância da especialização em educação do campo para os profissionais que atuam nessas escolas, de modo que seja levada para sala de aula uma pedagogia que traga a realidade dos sujeitos para ser dialogada e problematizada. Por fim, recomenda-se a continuidade de pesquisa que investiguem a importância da interação da família no espaço escolar e a formação em educação do campo para os professores que ali atuam. Só assim será possível chegar à diminuição dos elementos negativos que culminam na dificuldade de aprendizagem das crianças, e essas pesquisas virão a ajudar futuros profissionais que se identificam e pretendem se especializar na área de educação ou áreas afins
