As boas práticas docentes de bacharéis em Ciências Contábeis na percepção dos alunos: o que é bom tem que ser evidenciado

This study aimed to analyze the good teaching practices observed by the students of the accounting science course at UFPB through the institutional evaluations completed at the beginning of each semester, evaluating the teachers in quantitative and qualitative aspects. The research has a descriptive character and has a predominantly qualitative approach. For its realization, data collection procedures were established, identifying the teachers who teach mandatory or professional subjects (according to PPC) best placed in the last three semesters through a ranking established from the averages found. In order to ensure that the teacher is not identified, numbers related to teachers and students were stipulated. After the teachers' authorization, the observations considered adequate were analyzed, highlighted and collected according to the established analysis categories. Complementing the research, attributes were identified in the literature and interpreted as good practices related to the teaching profession. Therefore, through the analysis of the observations, it was noticed that the research obtained results that are related to the tripod that supports the characteristic “competence”, divided into: Knowledge, skills and attitudes, in addition to the identification of attributes such as: intelligence, understanding, motivation, inspiration, ethics, responsibility, clarity among others. The research was intended to highlight the teaching practices considered positive and perceived by the students through institutional assessments, understanding what was highlighted in the teaching profession.Este estudo se propôs a analisar as boas práticas docentes observadas pelos discentes do curso de ciências contábeis da UFPB através das avaliações institucionais preenchidas a cada início de semestre, avaliando os docentes em aspectos quantitativos e qualitativos. A pesquisa possui caráter descritivo e tem uma abordagem predominantemente qualitativa. Para a sua realização, foram estabelecidos procedimentos de coleta de dados, identificando os docentes que ministram disciplinas obrigatórias ou profissionais (segundo PPC) mais bem colocados nos últimos três semestres através de um ranqueamento estabelecido a partir das médias encontradas. De forma a garantir a não identificação do docente, foram estipulados números relacionados aos professores e alunos. A partir da autorização dos professores, as observações consideradas como adequadas foram analisadas, destacadas e coletadas conforme as categorias de análise estabelecidas. Complementando a pesquisa, foram identificados atributos constantes na literatura e interpretados como boas práticas relacionadas a profissão docente. Portanto, através da análise das observações, percebeu-se que a pesquisa obteve resultados que se relacionam ao tripé que dá sustentação a característica “competência”, dividida em: Conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes, além da identificação de atributos como: inteligência, compreensão, motivação, inspiração, ética, responsabilidade, clareza entre outros. A pesquisa teve a intenção de enaltecer as práticas docentes consideradas positivas e percebidas pelos discentes através das avaliações institucionais, compreendendo o que foi destacado na profissão do docente
