WOS: 000493402900013Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the prevalence of sexual dysfunction (SD) and the relation of between SD with sociodemographic variables in patients admitted to psychiatric outpatient clinic. Methods: The study included 369 female and 232 male patients who agreed to fill up the form. 275 women and 145 men gave answers suggesting a possible SD and 172 women and 83 men among those agreed to make a clinical interview. SD was diagnosed according to clinical interview based on DSM-V criteria for SD. Results: The prevalence of SD was 67.4% in women and 53% in men according to DSM-V.
