The mathematical model of finishing machining operation applicable for optimum cutting condition selection is considered in this paper. It defines the relation among surface quality performances and machining conditions which have the most influence on machining process. It is shown that this model can be applied to wide range of workmaterials.В работе рассмотрена математическая модель технологического процесса отделочной обработки материалов, которая предназначена для определения оптимальных режимов обработки.
