Ovalbumin loaded chitosan and pectin based composite nanoparticles were obtained. The mean size, morphology and zeta potential of the nanoparticles were determined by dynamic light scattering (DLS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Effect oral administration of obtained nanoparticles on the immune response was studied. When you are citing the document, use the following link http://essuir.sumdu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/3548
