A crystal structure and phase structure of Ni, Cu, Mo condensates by thickness up to 400 nm are investigated by a transmission electron microscopy and electron diffraction patterns methods. As placed, that for Cu and Ni FCC-condensates the average grain size is dependent of thickness, as against films BCC-Mo films.Методом просвічуючої електронної мікроскопії та електронографії вивчені структура та фазовий склад конденсатів нікелю, міді і молібдену.
