The conjunction of Internet of Things and Artificial Intelligence open the field of the real-time monitoring of poultry, advance analytics and automation if data is from high quality. In this paper, we propose a scalable monitoring of a poultry achieved with open hardware wireless sensors network and software. We use a Gated Recurrent Unit, an artificial intelligence algorithm to validate and predicate environmental parameters
