EVALUASI PERENCANAAN DAN PENGADAAN OBAT DI INSTALASI FARMASI RSUP PROF. DR. R. D. KANDOU MANADO BERDASARKAN ANALISIS ABC-VEN Vionita Martini Mumek 1) , Gayatri Citraningtyas1) , Paulina V.Y. Yamlean1) 1)Program Studi Farmasi FMIPA UNSRAT Manado, 95115  ABSTRACT Planning is the determination of the types and amounts of pharmaceuticals in accordance with the pattern of disease and the need for health services in the hospital. Procurement is an activity to realize the needs that exist, so that the necessary evaluation to control the amount of drug use ABC-VEN analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning and procurement of drug at the pharmacy installation department of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado whether in accordance with the standards of the hospital and to determine the influence of ABC-VEN analysis of the cardiovascular and anesthetic drug. This research is descriptive research with data collection in the form of reports and interviews. The results showed that the planning and procurement of the number of drugs are less effective due to the advantages and disadvantages of the drug. Influence analysis of ABC-VEN against drugs on cardiovascular and anesthetic drugs is that there is of drugs that enter the category of VA that the amount of the drug is less when categorized as vital, there is of drug in the category of VC supply is excessive although including vital and there is of drug in the category of EC number of drugs only required small amount of funds. Kandou Manado Hospital  ABSTRAK  Perencanaan ialah penetapan jenis dan jumlah perbekalan farmasi sesuai dengan pola penyakit dan kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Pengadaan merupakan kegiatan untuk merealisasikan kebutuhan yang ada, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi untuk mengendalikan jumlah obat menggunakan analisis ABC-VEN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui proses perencanaan dan pengadaan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado apakah telah sesuai dengan standar rumah sakit serta mengetahui pengaruh analisis ABC-VEN terhadap obat kardiovaskuler dan obat anastesi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data berupa laporan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan dan pengadaan jumlah obat masih kurang efektif karena terjadi kelebihan serta kekurangan obat. Pengaruh analisis ABC-VEN terhadap obat kardiovaskuler dan obat anastesi ialah terdapat jenis obat yang masuk kategori VA yang  jumlah obatnya kurang padahal masuk kategori vital, terdapat jenis obat yang masuk kategori VC persediaannya berlebih walaupun termasuk vital serta terdapat jenis obat yang masuk kategori EC jumlah obat berlebih walaupun hanya menyerap dana sedikit.  Kata Kunci : perencanaan, pengadaan, analisis ABC-VEN, RSUP.
