Del conocimiento y la gestión de organizaciones

The present text picks up some of the conceptual elements of the investigation work carried out by the author like student of the program of Master in Administration of the National University of Colombia and some other more recent reflections carried out by the same one around the speech of the knowledge and the possibility of management it in the organizational context (Knowledge Management- it's accustomed to named to this theoretical perspective). In him it's approached the problem of the knowledge like integral pair of the organizations , leaving some the observation of the simple administrative speech that sustains it, a speech that has been 'in fashion' i n our context since more than five years ago.El presente texto recoge algunos de los elementos conceptuales del trabajo de investigación realizado por el autor como estudiante del programa de Maestría en Administración de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia y algunas otras reflexiones más recientes realizadas por el mismo alrededor del discurso del conocimiento y la posibilidad de gestionarlo en el contexto organizacional (Gestión del Conocimiento -Knowledge Management- suele llamársele a esta perspectiva teórica). En él se aborda el problema del conocimiento como parte integrante de las organizaciones apartándose un poco de la observación del simple discurso administrativo que lo sustenta, un discurso que esta 'de moda' en nuestro contexto desde hace ya más de cinco años
