Abstract This research, by determining teachers’ organizational trust level and perception of organizational support, aims to determine how much these variables predict job satisfaction. The research has been designed within correlational screening model. The population of the research is the teachers work in public primary, secondary and high schools in Yenimahalle District of Ankara City.
