Clinical Safety and Effectiveness of Zoledronic Acid Combined With Radiotherapy in Elderly Malignant Tumor Patients Complicated With Osseous Metastasis

目的 探讨恶性肿瘤老年骨转移患者采用唑来膦酸与放疗联合方案治疗的临床效果。方法 选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的100例老年恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,根据治疗方案不同分为常规组（予以单纯放疗）、观察组（予以放疗联合唑来膦酸）,观察两组患者临床有效率、不良反应情况。结果 观察组老年患者疼痛缓解总有效率为88.0%,明显高于常规组的72.0%,活动能力总有效率为86.0%,明显高于常规组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组老年患者治疗期间均未见严重不良反应发生。结论 老年恶性肿瘤骨转移患者予以唑来膦酸联合放疗治疗,临床疗效显著,不良反应少。Objective To explore the clinical effect of zoledronic acid combined with radiotherapy in elderly malignant tumor patients complicated with osseous metastasis. Methods 100 elderly malignant tumor patients complicated with osseous metastasis treated from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the different therapies. The conventional group was given the radiotherapy, and the observation group was given the combined method of zoledronic acid and radiotherapy. The clinical effective rate and adverse event rate for two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of pain relief for observation group （88.0%） was significantly higher than conventional group （72.0%）. The total effective rate of daily living activity for observation group （86.0%） was significantly higher than conventional group （68.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. During the process, there were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The combined method of zoledronic acid and radiotherapy has an obvious effect in elderly malignant tumor patients complicated with osseous metastasis, can reduce the adverse event rate
