虚拟仿真被控对象基于Web3D、数学建模及通信接口技术实现,可分为全虚拟仿真被控对象和半实物仿真被控对象两类。前者通过S7-ProSim接口与仿真PLC相连,构建控制系统;后者基于硬件通信板卡连接至真实控制系统。两类对象的应用可有效解决PLC实践教学中设备昂贵、场地有限、设备维护成本高等问题,完善控制系统设计环节,促进教学标准化、工程化,同时满足实验室开放及学生创新的需求。The virtual simulation controlled object is based on Web3D, mathematical modeling and communication interface technology, which consists of two kinds of full virtual simulation and semi-physical simulation.
