对固相微萃取的发展背景、应用及其研究进展作了综述。引用文献 1 45篇The research and application of solid phase microextraction (SPME) in recent years are reviewed. The SPME apparatus, extraction modes, quantitative theory and the application in the analysis of environmental, clinical and forensic samples are introduced.
