The aim of this series of two papers is to introduce and guide potential authors on how to develop a successful writing strategy that will lead to publication in a targeted journal. A key aspect of the series is to assist individuals with approaches to address their fears and anxieties and engage with the process of writing a paper in a more confident and productive way and so minimising early rejection.
