Legal Education in the System of Ukrainian Civil Defence Service Units: Goal, Aim and Implementation Methods

The article reveals and compares the concept of "legal scholarship" and "legal education". The research has analysed the basic approaches that form the basis of legal education: personality oriented, competitive, and active. The focus of the research has been done on the purpose of the legal education system agencies and units of civil defence of Ukraine that can be achieved in case the experts are able to acquire law, to think legally and to be able to perceive legal convictions, which are based on theoretical legal knowledge, practical skills and the ability to navigate problematic legal situations. The basic measures adopted by national program of legal education of the population have been analysed. Current tasks and methods of legal education in the system of Ukrainian civil defence units have been investigated
