Establishing Scenarios Of Fire Extinguishing Systems Development In United Territorial Communities

Modern fire extinguishing systems and legal acts on their developing has been analyzed. Expediency of fire extinguishing systems developing projects within united territorial communities has been proved and a method allowing development the scenario of fire extinguishing systems improving has been developed.The proposed method provides system execution of eight interconnected stages, that gives an opportunity to figure on variable configuration of project environment, to form a set of possible scenarios and to choose the most effective one.
