An approach to forming the optimum mechanism of ensuring the coordinated cargo delivery process management with the transfer in general transport nodes, based on the theoretical and methodological tools of game theories and agreement between the participants of the cargo transportation process under the "door to door" scheme was presented.The preconditions of the problem of cargo transfer process management in terms of network relationship marketing were considered.
