By the end of this session the delegates will be able to reflect on the role of the educational developer in a disciplinary community of practice, consider possible strategies for communicating innovative interdisciplinary practice, both within a single institution and across others, such as partner colleges. Key issues to be addressed are academic staff developers' role in promoting and disseminating subject-based enhancement activities across and between institutions, and frameworks for sustaining exchanges of interest, practice and expertis
