The cavitation of liquid water in a Venturi throat section is an interesting and complex phenomenon to study. This paper focuses on the analysis of a set of experiments highlighting this effect, and the main purpose is to determine which physical measurable parameter affects the intensity of cavitation. Each experiment was filmed with a camera, and the intensity was calculated by measuring the length of cavitation in the Venturi tube. After analysing the videos and associating them to the initial settings, results indicated that the flow rate, the inlet pressure and the temperature all had an impact on this length
