PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN DAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2018)

Abstract This study makes decisions about investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policy on firm value. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2018 with a purposive sampling method producing 63 companies as research samples. The independent variable is the investment decision determined by PER, decision making with DER and dividend policy taken with the DPR. The dependent variable is the value of the company as assessed by PBV. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The results of the study show that investment decisions oppose the value of the company, the decision of the meeting does not determine the value of the company and dividend policy affects the value of the company
