Oscillator now is taking one of the most important roles in RF and microwave engineering and it can be applied widely in many RF system in practice. The design of oscillator therefore is necessary in the study of electronics. This thesis work aimed to study an effective way in designing a functional and stable oscillator. The first section of this paper gives a detailed theoretical background about microwave oscillator. Microwave oscillator operates on the principle of LC tank circuit and it is used in the electronic system to generate AC output signals without any input.
