Les durées de vie des cellules solaires photovoltaïques organiques (OPV) doivent être améliorées afin que cette technologie puisse être commercialisée sur une grande échelle. Ce travail étudie l’influence de la sélection des matériaux pour l’interface supérieure sur la dégradation des OPV inversées. La première partie de cette étude s’occupe des effets de la dégradation thermale. Il a été constaté que la tension de circuit-ouvert (VOC) et le facteur de forme (FF) diminuent lors du vieillissement des OPVs ayant une HTL de MoO3 et une électrode d’argent.
