Consideraciones sobre la formación filosófica en el siglo XXI

There are and have been many different ways of thinking. Philosophy is a way of thinking, as are sciences, religions, myths, arts and techniques. Philosophy is not the only way of thinking nor does it have exclusivity nor is it superior (or inferior) to others; That is why one might ask what would be the need for philosophical training in today's world, in which information is available to everyone on the Internet? What skills are acquired with a philosophical formation? Why stop to think about a world of hyperactivity and immediacy? Why criticize "common sense" and "fashions" if this bothers and annoys the majority? In this article we will try to reflect on these questions and show some elements about the importance of massifying philosophical formation.Existen y han existido muchas y diferentes formas de pensamiento. La filosofía es una forma de pensamiento, como lo son también las ciencias, las religiones, los mitos, las artes y las técnicas. La filosofía no es la única forma de pensamiento ni tiene la exclusividad ni es superior (o inferior) a las demás ; por eso cabría preguntarse ¿cuál sería la necesidad de la formación filosófica en el mundo actual, en el que la información está a disposición de todos en Internet?, ¿qué destrezas se adquieren con una formación filosófica?, ¿para qué detenerse a pensar en un mundo de la hiperactividad y de la inmediatez?, ¿por qué criticar al “sentido común” y a las “modas” si esto incomoda y molesta a las mayorías
