In this qualitative study the methods of organic inquiry and alchemical hermeneutics were used to explore the urge from the collective unconscious that is being expressed by the reemergence of the archetypal divine feminine, the Goddess, in our time. The archetypal dimensions of imagery in artwork in which symbols of the archetypal divine feminine appeared were explored in order to gain a better understanding of what this aspect of the collective unconscious holds for the consciousness of humanity. The artwork used in the study was chosen from artwork being created by individuals engaged in art therapy treatment with the researcher.
