In today’s society, adolescents experience an increased access to technology. However, access to digital media has both negative and positive aspects. One negative characteristic is cyber-bullying, the harassment of others through the use of electronic devices. The problem addressed in this multiple case study was that cyber-bullying is a prevalent issue in secondary schools, and teachers need to be confident when using campus protocol to control cyber-bullying behavior and maintain a safe learning environment for all students.
