This project involved creating a website about how to effectively use video in an online classroom setting. The website also contained strategies to implement video in online education. Online learning environments differ from face-to-face courses, as online education is sometimes perceived as less personal. There are several ways to incorporate video in online classrooms and therefore simulate a face-to-face interaction. By implementing video strategies in an online classroom, instructors and students develop a stronger social presence, which leads to a stronger learning community.
