This study examines how healthcare related stress in graduate nursing students impact satisfaction attainment. The factors examined in this study included demographic characteristics such as age, years in practice and employment status. Other factors examined include general health, perceived stress, salary, vacation, scheduled hours, flexibility, benefits and opportunities for advancement. The tool used in this study was a demographic survey combined with a 67-item questionnaire developed by the researcher.
