La reflexividad docente ha sido uno de los pilares formativos contemporáneos de los maestros en formación y del discurso educativo. Con base a esto, este trabajo desarrolla un enfoque sociológico donde se contemplan los elementos biográficos y estructurales de la reflexividad, comprendidos en la trayectoria biográfica de 10 docentes de la ciudad de Bogotá. Apoyándose en la teoría de Margaret Archer, se generó una comprensión sociológica al concepto de la práctica reflexiva en el campo pedagógico, al relacionar los elementos biográficos y estructurales con el desarrollo de los diferentes tipos de reflexividad.
