Jan Čulík talks again to Dr. Paul Millar, the 87-year-old Czech Honorary Consul in Edinburgh about his life-long experiences. As a young man, doing his Czechoslovak national service, in 1951, Dr. Millar met General Čepička... Later on in life, Dr. Millar was prevented from studying medicine because the communist regime decided he was of an "incorrect class origin". Nevertheless, he managed to study agricultural science and after the 1968 Soviet invasion, he and his wife were appointed as research scientists in a research institute in Edinburgh.
