Études d’épigraphie thasienne, IV. Les magistrats thasiens du IVe s. av. J.-C. et le royaume de Macédoine

International audienceThasian magistrates from the Fourth Century BC and the Macedonian KingdomThis article presents a synthesis of the structure and the history of the four monumental lists of Thasian magistrates. The first two were inscribed by 360 BC and then added to over a period of forty years. The next two began to be inscribed around 320 BC : they repeat the content of the first lists and were subsequently kept up to date until the imperial period. These inscriptions are the subject of a full republication, still in progress. The block Recherches I, 36, which belongs to the Grande Liste des théores, should be placed in the fourth-century columns. In this article the focus is on a section datable to 334-326. Among the theôroi is a certain Aristoleôs who is most likely the leader of the partisans of Philip II (Dem. XVIII, 296). A newly-found altar of ‘King Philip Sôter’ shows how Thasos became part of the Macedonian hegemony. The inscribing of the two ‘grandes listes’ should be placed in the same context.L’article présente la structure et l’histoire des quatre listes monumentales de magistrats de Thasos. Les deux suivantes furent gravées vers 320, reprenant le contenu des précédentes, et tenues à jour jusqu’à l’époque impériale. Ces inscriptions font l’objet d’un projet de republication. Le bloc Recherches I, 36, appartenant à la Grande Liste des théores, doit se placer dans les colonnes du IVe s. L’article étudie une section datée de 334-326 et propose une analyse prosopographique. Parmi ces théores figure un certain Aristoleôs, qui doit être le leader des partisans de Philippe II (Dém. XVIII, 296). Un autel du « Roi Philippe Sauveur », publié ici, illustre l’entrée de Thasos dans l’hégémonie macédonienne. La gravure des deux grandes listes de magistrats pourrait se placer dans le même contexte
