A recap of the WISALTS Farmer Orientation and Starter Consultants Course held at Three Springs on 20-23 February 1989. The course involved teaching farmers how to use a divining wire to locate water. It was run by experienced WISALTS members and consultants at the Three Springs Community Hall and in the paddocks of Kent Broad's property.
