My Huntsman Experience: Scott Laneri

Much like Jon M. Huntsman, the Huntsman School of Business itself is a giver. The term “giver” comes from Adam Grant’s book Give and Take, where he writes that there are three types of people in the world: takers, matchers, and givers. Takers are those who are always trying to get as much as possible from others. Matchers are those who, if they did you a favor, would expect one back (and vice versa).
