Comparaison et phytoécologie des Atriplexaies en Oranie (Algérie)

The numerous studies carried out on the halophilous vegetation in Oran region (Algeria) still require complementary contributions. Bioclimatically, the pluviometric gradient decreased from North of Algeria (Messerghine and Béni-Saf) to South (Chott El-Gharbi) which influences the floristic composition of the atriplexaies of the two zones. A pedological study showed sandy loam or a silty loam texture in the majority of the stations of the two zones. In addition, the rate of salinity increased in the South compared to North except the station of Messerghine (near to Oran Sebkha), whereas the organic matter rate was very low in the South. The new element brought by this study to the analyses of biologic diversity, it is that we took into account the relative abundance of species as well as their presence. In the Northern zone, the matorralisation and the anthropisation mark the floristic landscape in Béni-Saf. In Messerghine the floristic composition of Atriplexaies remained halophilous. The floristic procession of Atriplexaies of the Southern zone (Chott El-Gharbi) was marked by low species richness in bond with the overgrazing which probably induces probably a floristic succession to steppes dominated by Peganum harmala between El Aricha and Abdelmoula. CA (Correspondance Analyses) carried out using the software Minitab 12 informed us on the factors governing floristic composition of the atriplexaies of the two zones : for the Northern zone, in Messerghine, the edaphic parameters (moisture, O. M and salinity) mainly explained the information brought by the first two axes (41%). In Béni-Saf, while moving away from Oran Sebkha, the anthropic activities accounted for a great part of information (more than 55%). For the Southern zone, in the station of El Kasdir 01 (steppe field), it was both the edaphic parameter (salinity) and the anthropic factor which explained the information brought by the first two axes (61,1%).Les nombreux travaux réalisés sur la végétation halophile dans l’Oranie en Algérie nécessitent encore des apports complémentaires. Sur le plan bioclimatique, le gradient pluviométrique décroît du nord de l’Algérie (Messerghine et Béni-Saf) vers le sud (Chott El-Gharbi), ce qui influe sur la composition floristique des Atriplexaies des deux zones. L’approche pédologique a montré une texture limono-sableuse à sablo-limoneuse pour la majorité des stations des deux zones. Par ailleurs, le taux de salinité augmente au sud par rapport au nord, excepté la station de Messerghine (proche du Sebkha d’Oran), alors que le taux de matière organique est très faible dans le sud. Nous signalons qu’un élément nouveau apporté dans l’analyse de la diversité biologique est la prise en compte, en plus de la présence des espèces, de leur abondance relative. Dans la zone nord, la matorralisation et l’anthropisation marquent le paysage végétal de la station de Béni-Saf. À Messerghine, la composition floristique des Atriplexaies conserve son caractère halophile. Le cortège floristique des Atriplexaies de la zone sud (Chott El-Gharbi) est marqué par sa pauvreté floristique en lien avec l’effet du surpâturage qui entraîne une succession végétale vers des steppes à Peganum harmala par endroits. L’analyse factorielle des correspondances (AFC), réalisée à l’aide du logiciel Minitab 12, nous informe sur les facteurs régissant la composition floristique des Atriplexaies des deux zones : pour la zone nord, au niveau de la station de Messerghine, les paramètres édaphiques (humidité, M. O et salinité) expliquent en grande partie l’information apportée par les deux premiers axes (41%). Au niveau de la station de Béni-Saf, en s’éloignant de la Sebkha d’Oran, le facteur humain (action anthropique) explique la grande part de l’information (plus de 55%). Pour la zone sud et plus exactement la station d’El Kasdir 01 (domaine steppique), ce sont à la fois le paramètre édaphique (salinité) et surtout le facteur anthropique qui expliquent l’information apportée par les deux premiers axes (61,1 %).Aboura Rédda, Benmansour Djamel, Benabadji Noury.
