In this chapter, the common disorders affecting the female reproductive system are discussed. These conditions can have profound effects on a woman's health. For many of these reproductive disorders the complexity of the conditions has led to difficulty in clearly defining them and, in some instance, the pathophysiology is still yet to be fully understood
