Conducting polymer based nano-biosensors has become more feasible and cost effective alternative for conventional biosensors. Sensitivity and linear range have been improved in last couple of years[1][2]. Since the effective surface area in nano-scale has a direct influence on the amount of enzyme loaded onto the biosensor, it was tried to increase the effective surface area of the polypyrrole substrate film using a unique technique.
