Fundamental Human Rights in Robert Alexy's Theory.

This dissertation is about the “fundamental human rights from the theory of Robert Alexy, and aims to analyze the reasons that legitimize the model rules and principles, their distinguishing criteria, the dignity of the human person as an essential value, and the guarantee of fundamental rights in a democratic society, trying to understand the axiological dimension of these rights and their effectiveness in democratic and Social State of Law, and contribute to a reflection on the responsibility for their protection and effectiveness.Sem bolsaA presente dissertação versa sobre os direitos humanos fundamentais a partir da teoria de Robert Alexy, e tem como objetivo analisar os fundamentos que legitimam o modelo de regras e princípios, seus critérios de distinção, a dignidade da pessoa humana como valor essencial, e a garantia dos direitos fundamentais numa sociedade democrática, buscando compreender a dimensão axiológica desses direitos e sua eficácia no Estado Democrático e Social de Direito, e contribuir para uma reflexão sobre a responsabilidade da sua proteção e efetividade
