Mondor's disease is a special form of superficial thrombophlebitis of subcutaneous veins. It is more common in women. Penile Mondor's disease is generally detected in male patients. We reported a 30-year-old male patient having right thoracoabdominal wall Mondor's disease. The patient did not have any history of trauma, infection, physical activity and previous surgery. A linear, cord-like fibrous nodule with skin color was identified on the right thoracoabdominal wall in a diameter of 0.5 cm and length of 10 cm was detected in physical examination.
