Cohen presented at Perry World House\u27s Competing Visions of the Global Order Colloquium at the University of Pennsylvania during September. The colloquium also featured former U.S. National Security Advisors H.R. McMaster and Susan Rice, former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, former President of Mexico Felipe Calderon, former United Kingdom Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and former High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Lady Catherine Ashton, among others
