The objective of this study was to validate the 10-item Dutch Work Addiction Scale (DUWAS) for use with Argentine workers. This measure comprises a total of 10 items equally distributed in two dimensions: working excessively and working compulsively. Data were obtained from 459 employees of public and private organizations (52.3% men; Mtenure = 6.5 years). Participants completed the adapted version of the DUWAS together with measures of work passion, job satisfaction, and work-family enrichment. In line with the original validation, exploratory factor analysis revealed a two-factor structure, namely working excessively and working compulsively.
