La experiencia mística entre la dualidad y la no-dualidad

It’s winning ground, in the field of spirituality, the Eastern concept of non-dualism. That is: of a relation with the ultimate reality through which, a fusion, an identity and a dissolution of the ego is sought for. This understanding, however, clashes with the approach of the Western religious tradition, in which the concept of person has, in a nuclear way, marked the concept of the human being and of God. Then, the issue is raised of, up to what point, the new proposal of non-duality should impose itself in the relation with God, or whether the dualist and non-dualist approaches, should both of them be called to be played down, fostering so a dialogue which would avoid all kinds of ideological imperialism imposed by the dominant trends.Gana terreno en el campo de la espiritualidad la concepción oriental de la no-dualidad. Es decir, de una relación con la realidad última con la que se pretende una fusión, identidad y disolución del yo. Esta comprensión, sin embargo, choca con los planteamientos de la tradición religiosa occidental en la que el concepto de persona ha marcado de modo nuclear la concepción del ser humano y de Dios. Se plantea, pues, la cuestión de hasta qué punto la nueva propuesta de no-dualidad debería imponerse en la relación con Dios o si los planteamientos duales y no duales estarían ambos llamados a ser relativizados, favoreciendo así un diálogo que evitara todo tipo de imperialismo ideológico impuesto por las modas dominantes
