Abstract: The organization of home working sewers was historically a difficult task, because this way of working reinforces the atomization and fragmentation that the work process itself already prints to this group. However, this was not impossible between the 30s and the 40s. Seventy years later, the Union of Textile Home Workers and Related Jobs emerged to overcome the problems of these workers. In this paper, we will analyze the problems of union organization for home workers and the trajectory of the new union.Resumen: La organización de los costureros a domicilio fue históricamente una tarea dificultosa, ya que esta modalidad de trabajo refuerza la atomización y fragmentación que el propio proceso de trabajo ya imprime a este colectivo. Sin embargo, esto no fue imposible entre las décadas del 30 y 40. Setenta años después, surge el Sindicato de Trabajadores a Domicilio Textil y Afines, que busca superar los problemas propios de estos trabajadores.
