The aim of this study is to investigate whether different types of health spending, including directly provided services (DPS), agreed-upon (TAUS) and private health care expenditure (FHE), influence all-cause mortality rate (MR) in adults (25-64 years old, aMR) and elder people (over 65 years, eMR) in Italy
