CREATING A COMFORTABLE URBAN ENVIRONMENT: THE ROLE AND PREFERENCES OF YOUNG CITIZENS

The authors prove the thesis that the differentiation of the studied cities, manifested not only in the length of the historical time of existence, but also in the current indicators of socio-economic well-being, they have a common problem. This is a constant outflow of youth, especially graduates of schools and colleges. The life plans of young people are directly related to the perception of the space of their own town, with the assessment of the level of comfort of the urban environment.Авторы доказывают тезис о том, что в дифференциации изученных городов, проявляющейся не только в длительности исторического времени существования, но и в нынешних показателях социально-экономического благополучия, есть общая проблематика. Прежде всего, это постоянный отток молодежи — выпускников школ и колледжей.
