The policy of the University of Leicester on the use of e-journals is described, along with some of the factors which influence both policy and use. Selected results of the CORSALL (Collaboration in Research Support by Academic Libraries in Leicestershire) Survey of Researchers are discussed and possible directions for the future are suggested
