This document provides an example of a summary report provided to a New Zealand school for self-review purposes. The document is one of 320 such documents provided to schools across several nations over the past two decades. The information provided by the completion of the on-line survey, the Science Curriculum Implementation Questionnaire (SCIQ), is used as a foundation in furthering the improvement of science curriculum delivery at this particular school. I believe the information provides a valuable platform for staff discussion and ongoing school development.
