In a company employee is the largest asset owned, good and bad personality owned by employees will effect the performance in the company. This employees performance will also affect the companys performance. With good and quality employee performance, the company will more easily reach its goals. This study aims to determine the effect of big five personality on employee performance at PT Bank NTB Syariah KC Pancor.
