Abstract This study investigated the perceptions or causes, patterns and trends of Examination Malpractice among final year secondary school students ill Zone C or Benne State Nigeria. Six hypotheses were constructed and used as guides to the study.900 final year students from 18 secondary schools with a population of 8,900 were randomly selected and used for the study. The data were analyzed by the use of T-test, percentage and mean response rate. The results revealed that there were nu significant differences in the perceptions of causes, patterns and trends in Examination Malpractice among final year secondary school students.
