ITINERÂNCIAS FORMATIVAS DAS PROFESSORAS NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL: espaços de aprendizagens colaborativas

This research aims to analyze the conceptions of teachers of early childhood education of a municipal education network about continuing education, with a view to identifying the knowledge built in their itineraries. It is a theoretical-empirical investigation, of a qualitative nature. The subjects of this research were 22 teachers who answered a questionnaire with objective and discursive questions. The collected data were worked on in the light of the discursive textual analysis (ATD), with a deconstruction of the corpus, followed by the categorization and construction of the metatext. The results indicated that the researched teachers believe in continuing education as a possibility of reframing the knowledge built during graduation, being, still, a way for changes in praxis. There was a concern to appropriate methodologies to promote learning related to children's cognitive, affective and social fields. The experienced training spaces represent, therefore, experiential knowledge and professional training within the school routine, as well as the development of competencies and skills inherent to knowledge, to know how to do and to know how to be in the teaching profession.Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar as concepções das professoras da educação infantil de uma rede municipal de ensino acerca de formação continuada, com vistas à identificação dos saberes construídos em suas itinerâncias. Trata-se de uma investigação teórico-empírica, de cunho qualitativo. Os sujeitos desta pesquisa foram 22 professoras que responderam a um questionário com questões objetivas e discursivas. Os dados coletados foram trabalhados à luz da análise textual discursiva (ATD), sendo realizada uma desconstrução do corpus, seguida da categorização e da construção do metatexto. Os resultados indicaram que os docentes pesquisados acreditam na formação continuada como possibilidade de ressignificação dos conhecimentos construídos na graduação, sendo, ainda, um caminho para mudanças na práxis. Notou-se uma preocupação em apropriar-se de metodologias para promover aprendizagens relacionadas ao campo cognitivo, afetivo e social das crianças. Os espaços formativos vivenciados representam, então, saberes experienciais e de formação profissional dentro do cotidiano da escola, como também o desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades inerentes ao saber, ao saber fazer e ao saber ser da profissão docente
