Taking the Inter-American System as a standard, through a comparative study, this article analyzes the jurisprudential state that protects the right to health in two of the most representative countries in Latin America: Mexico and Colombia based on the study of the criteria issued. by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and the federal courts.
