ABSTRACTLong-term care strategies should receive attention, becoming a development issue in the coming year in line with the increasing number of elderly people (> 60 years) both globally and in Indonesia. Global changes in the last two decades have been an increase in the number and proportion of the elderly population (age group> 60 years). The average life expectancy (UHH) in Indonesia according to BPS data for 2018 is 71.20 years. If we separate the life expectancy data (UHH) then the life expectancy of women is higher than that of men.
